An experienced professional with a proven track record in the fields of Finance, Auditing, Banking, Fund Administration, Marketing, and General Management, Mr. Naveendran brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board of Directors.
A stalwart in the IT sector Mr. Wilson Augustine has to his name over 20 years in the industry. Having held top positions in world renowned companies, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is an invaluable asset to the board.
An Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Mr. Gunawardene was called to the Bar (took oaths) in December 2002. For the past 16 years Mr. Gunawardene has been specializing in the areas of corporate and civil law particularly, the drafting and vetting of Corporate Agreements; between local as well as international parties and all types of Civil litigation including Money recovery, Land matters, Company Law, Banking matters, Intellectual Property Law, Delictual claims, Leasing and Finance and Labour issues and has proved invaluable to the Board.
